I chose Ship A Car Direct based on the positive reviews I saw on the internet and pricing. My move was from Florida to California. David was my coordinator for this auto shipping and he always stayed in touch with me and called me back promptly if I had a question or concern.

My carrier was assigned a few days before pickup and then was cancelled due to it having a breakdown. Another carrier was assigned. My original pickup date was 10/17/13. The new carrier was not able to accommodate a pickup of 10/17/13, but did pick up the car on the evening of 10/18/13. The car was delivered to me seven days later on 10/24/13, which is exactly what the driver had stated when he picked up the car. The car was in the same shape as when I left it (except a little dirt here and there as expected) so all was well. I would use this company for any future auto shipping.

Thanks for the good word! Sorry the first truck broke down, but glad we could find a replacement for the next day! And you are so right - cars do need a good wash after the transport!
