The contact people were very easy to get a hold of and very nice. My concern was getting my car picked up by a set date and it wasn't until I upped the price a few hundred dollars that a carrier decided to pick it up. I got a call the morning before my drop dead last date and met the carrier later that day. On receiving the vehicle, I got a 1 hour notice that it was being dropped off.

I wish the communication during the trip would have been a little better. Even something like hey, your car is scheduled to be delivered this Wed or Thurs, the driver will call closer to the date...or something like that. Luckily, for both pickup and drop off I was able to drop what I was doing and deliver/pick up the car right then and there.

Thanks for your feedback, David! You are right, sometimes it can be a last-minute process. The transit time is 7-10 days across the country and it can vary en route. It is best to have an open schedule around your pick-up and delivery estimates.
