Scott did a great job making sure my car shipment from California to Baltimore was a success. He was thorough, had great communication, and even followed up days after my successful delivery. At first, I was extremely nervous about having my car shipped from the opposite side of the country, but Scott assured me that everything was going to be okay and ultimately everything went down smoothly. The car was picked up from California in a parking lot nearby the original pickup location because the original pickup location street was too small for the transport truck to go through. I periodically called the original shipment company to check up on the location of my car and the lady who was in charge of it was very courteous and helpful. My car arrived a lot earlier than expected it only took about 4-5 days when the expected arrival date was supposed to be 8-10 and sometimes even more. Again, when I picked up my car I couldn't pick it up at the original destination location because the street was too narrow so I picked it up at a large parking lot close by. The day I was supposed to receive my car, Scott e-mailed me asking if I had a successful delivery and repeatedly e-mailed after to ensure that everything was safe and intact. Overall, for only $1025 it was well worth the quick delivery. I highly recommend Ship A Car Direct for anyone to use!
