I chose Ship a Car Direct based on the responsiveness of the rep I worked with. Scott at Ship a Car Direct was the first broker to contact me via phone and provide me with more info and a quote over email within a day. He was able to quote me a price that was within $100 of the cheapest I had been offered by other companies while coming across as very professional. Their website made paying the deposit pretty easy as well.

The transporter (Axial) called me the day before the scheduled pickup and asked if I would be able to ship the car a day earlier, which was fine with me. My car arrived on the earlier side of the delivery window without incident. It was really dirty but I guess that's to be expected.

Overall, Scott at Ship a Car Direct made the process easy and without stress.
