Let me start by saying that this transport cost is for 2 cars - sedan 825 + SUV 925

This was the first time I had to transport the cars and was very anxious about how it works. Scott was my first contact when I had called. On my first call, I only wanted to understand how the process works. Scott was very helpful to explain me the car shipping process and everything related. Also, the website is nice and has plenty of information.
After picking up the carrier, there was some uncertainty around the pick up dates and times.
I had to adjust my schedule according to this and so was important for me to know the day when it would be picked up. I think around this time, the information presented was not enough and there was a lot of ambiguity. Also, each time I had to call or email and ask what was going on. Instead of hearing from someone as to the current situation. I understand that things change and times change. But proactive communication could have helped. Once on the phone, I would quickly get the answers and information required.
The carrier picked up was good. And the cars arrived in good condition.

Apart from a little communication gap around the pick up day/time, over all very satisfied.

Thank you for the great review, Advait! Happy to be informative about the process! You are right about the imprecise nature of timing - carriers can only provide arrival estimates, not precise timing guarantees. We recommend planning for extra flexibility around the carrier projections.
