Two things that would describe my experience with Emily / Ship-A-Car Direct, and that's courtesy and prompt response. I needed to complete the transaction within 3-4 days from initial contact to pickup to delivery, and it happened.

Emily remained accessible by email and reassuring when my anxiety would get the best of me - will the car be picked up accordingly? (it was)... will the car be dropped off on a convenient day? (it was)... can i wait til the pickup occurs until I pay my deposit to the carrier? (I did)....Emily was available and responsive every step of the way; including follow-up to ensure my car was safely dropped off.

Cost was a competitive rate compared to others (perhaps $60-70 higher) but it was well worth it considering my short notice and prompt turnaround. I would definitely recommend the vendor to others.
