Overall, I was happy with my car shipment. The only thing I wish was better, was the communication regarding the pick up and drop off of my car. I had to call repetitively to check in with the status of my car and both pick up and drop off times were later than estimated. A simple phone call would have sufficed.

Thanks for your feedback, Lauren! You bring up a great point about timing for carrier arrival: sometimes the carrier doesn't know when he is going to arrive because every drive is unique and different. It's best to expect to allow for flexibility around timing.
