Shipper was honest about how industry works and realistic about how much it would take to find a driver. Said he'd have it picked up by weekend and it was. Driver was real nice and car got there just as it left. For an industry that has tough reviews and a lot of complaints, this transaction went as seamlessly as it could possibly go.
