This was the first time I shipped a car and I was concerned having read many horror stories on the web as well as being bombarded with a large number of companies seeking to help ship my car. Emily from Ship Direct was great. She was low pressure but kept me informed on my options. Once I selected Ship Direct - she promptly located a carrier, informed me about the time period to ship the car, and kept me updated all during the process. The car arrived in the same shape that it left Minnesota. I honestly can say this was a great experience and I would use Ship Direct as well as hoping to have Emily as my point of contact.
