This was the first time we shipped a car across the country. We called on a Monday and the vehicle was delivered the next Monday. The contact person, Emily, was very helpful. The pick-up and drop-off were on time and the driver called a day ahead to give us notice. We were apprehensive that the driver, LRB Transportation LLC out of AZ, was a one man operation; but he was courteous, prompt, efficient, and he knew the transportation vehicle since it was his own. He instilled confidence in us. This whole process was painless and handled in a professional manner. I would definitely use Ship-A-Car direct again.
