I have been shipping my vehicles coast to coast many times. This time, the original company I picked up is Upscale Auto Transport, located in Florida. They failed to ship my car and charged me $100 deposit. From the agent Tania, to the Manager Dan even to the finance department rep Byran, They are all liars. They agreed to give the $100 back. But they refused to put it back to my credit card. They claimed they mailed the check to me. But I never received it. I called in and asked them to give me the check number. They couldn't. Currently, I am working with a lawyer to get my money back.



After the disappointing experience with Upscale Auto Transport, I found Ship A Car Direct. The agent Emily is honest and knowledgeable. Both the pick up and drop off were on time. The whole process is smooth and joyful. Highly recommend!
