I asked for my car to be picked within a couple of days and they did that. Even though I wanted the trip to take longer, I understand that this business has no definites. I was happy with the dates of travel, even though I wished it could've taken longer. My dates and expectations were way too constraining and the transport of the car almost fell into those constraints!

My car had a couple of minor scratches on it. The delivery truck gave me a contact to fix those up for free, but the company really didn't do anything regarding the scratches.

I was very happy with the delivery, but I wished that the minor scratches were easier to take care of.
