I worked with Tom at Ship A Car Direct. He was informative and easy to work with. My case was not usual because I was shipping my truck from a town that is not on a major route for carriers and it was going to a town that was the same way. It only took a few hours after placing the order that there was a carrier "on the line" and they were able to pick up my truck the next day. All in all I would use Ship A Car Direct again!!
