From the first time I talked to Rodney, I liked how professional he was. But instead of going with him I chose to go with a cheaper company (National Transport LLC.) because my mom was paying for it and she got this company from a car dealership. BIG MISTAKE. They were not honest and did not do what they said. I called Rodney immediately after they did not pick up the car when they said. He jumped into action. Rodney called me the next day on a Saturday; none the less; and had a company picking up my sons car Monday, two days after I called him. That is what you call customer service. Jason from AJ Trucking arrived promptly Monday morning. He was such a nice guy and very imformative. The vehicle arrived Wednesday evening. A little later than I was told do to truck problems, which is fine because he still made excellent time. My son had his car before the first day of class. Would I use shipacardirect again. ABSOLUTELY.

Thanks for your terrific review! You bring up a good point, often the cheaper quote is not the reliable price. Glad we could help you after the other guys didn't!
