Rodney was on top of it and extremely communicative. This was also the cheapest offer we had. The trucker was not as prompt as we would have liked and was 3 hours late in picking up the vehicle. Granted there was traffic but you would think people would leave earlier to anticipate Los Angeles traffic. Nonetheless Rodney was great and I would definitely use this business again.

Thanks for your feedback, Mary! Sorry your carriers arrival estimate was off - since your carrier had 6 other pick-ups around Los Angeles, timing is difficult to predict. You bring up a good point that it's best to accept the estimate as an estimate and leave a little wiggle room in your schedule.
