I feel that David Franco was very helpful in expediting the safe shipment of my car (2012 Mazda3) from San Diego to Pittsburgh. I arranged for its shipment (by www.shipacardirect.com) in the afternoon of Friday August 2nd. The car was on its way at ~5 PM the following Monday and delivered at ~7 AM on Friday August 9th. I feel very fortunate that David arranged for Guyette Transport to ship the car. The (seemingly brand new and very clean) transport truck's principle operator/driver (along with his cousin) was Chris Guyette (the son of the company's owner). Both Chris and his cousin were very professional, polite, and patient.
