The Customer service from Ship a Car Direct was excellent. The actual car transport company however picked up my car a couple of days late than the given estimate. The delivery was on time as i was told after they picked it up. Car shipping in 5 days from Pennsylvania to California was very reasonable and i'd definitely recommend using Ship a Car Direct.
