I spoke to Tom from Safe-Direct a few months ago regarding transporting my first car from PA to CA. He gave me all the information I needed without pushing me to get my order like some of the other agents/sales persons from other sites. He gave me one of the best quotes and I placed an order with him. I backed out of the order at the last minute because I changed my decision to drive rather than transport it. He understood the situation and cancelled the order at the last minute without making it a hassle for me. I liked his honesty and the way he did his business and so when it was time for me to transport my second car to CA, I knew whom to call. I asked for his quote and promptly placed an order. Geo Tiger was the carrier. Mike who was the driver called me a day ahead to schedule the pick up and he called me again 2 days in advance to let me know the drop off day. The transaction was smooth without any hassle. Using this kind of service for the first time was slightly intimidating when I read about all the things that could go wrong and the way this business works. But dealing with Tom and his company has been a smooth transaction. I would recommend speaking to Tom first before going with any other transportation company.
