Brian at Safe-Direct was very helpful and prompt with arranging with a third party for pick up/delivery. He was always available by email/phone for questions. Unfortunately, my pick up (through the third party) was late (4 hours late) and there was some miscommunication in regards to delivery. Despite my experience, I would consider using Safe-Direct again.

Thanks for your feedback, Christine! Glad Brian was helpful! Sorry about the driver's arrival estimates. (We always recommend having flexiblity and/or a back-up plan around carrier arrival, as estimates are not exact.)
