Tom was so helpful and very responsive on phone and email. We had to wait a few days to get a carrier, but it was understandable since it was a holiday weekend. After that, the car was delivered earlier than promised (pick up in PA on Friday morning, it was here is CA by 5:00pm Monday afternoon). The car was just as I had left it, no damage that I could detect. The carrier was polite and patient as I checked over the car. The price was a bit higher than other quotes I got ($1100 to the carrier plus $225 deposit), but I liked the way this company handled things.

I had a terrible experience with another shipper ( http://www.transportreviews.com/review/00182192.asp ) so I will definitely use Safe-Direct in the future.
