This was my second experience with Jennifer and Safe-Direct in less than 12 months, and I'll use them again if and when I need to move my car cross-country. Jennifer is sincerely interested in your situation, and bends over backwards to find the right match to meet your needs. I initially raised a couple of concerns about the cost (which was a bit higher than it had been the previous fall when the car was first shipped west to east) and the carrier (based on a few negative comments), and Jennifer was extremely sensitive to those concerns; she discussed the pricing issues in detail with me, sought competitive bids, investigated the review commentary, and in the end I was persuaded and completely satisfied with the results. She knows her business inside and out, and has unparalleled customer service skills. She continues to earn my loyalty and patronage.
