I initially contacted David to get a quote and to schedule my car to be moved. However, my husband found another company that gave us a better quote. I was hesitant, but ended up trusting him to do the homework. Long story short, the other company never picked up the calls, we left several messages, it was a pain. In the end, the other company never picked up the car, we had already left and had to get David to help us during our cross country drive en route. He was very helpful in explaining the process and we got our car finally. Should've gone with safe direct to begin with, we would've avoided a lot of headache, but hey what's the fun in that? Excellent customer service!
