There are few things I must address. It would be nice if they are willing to accommodate me when I need a ride home after dropping the car off at the location which is very far from my apartment. I had to pay 25 dollars to have taxi ride me home. They could not come to my apartment to pick up because of the no parking street. On the way to drop off at the house in California, the driver said he had a flat tire so that was why he was running late.

They are reliable that's for sure but I wish they will give me a credit of 25 dollars for taxi to ride home.

Thanks for your feedback, Brian! Sorry for your inconvenience - though it is useful for readers to know that if the truck cannot physically access your address with their truck they will have to meet somewhere else to load/unload. That may require asking a friend to drive you.
