I shipped my car from South Jersey to Los Angeles area. Pick-up driver was prompt, efficient and courteous. He thoroughly inspected my car before loading it on his car carrier.
He readily gave me his cell phone and was in easy contact during the journey. He was prompt in delivering the car right to my door.
He picked the car up on Tuesday, but did not actually start his journey west until Saturday. That was OK for my schedule, but i might have preferred to use the car another 2 or 3 days rather than it sitting in his lot waiting for him to collect other cars to transport.
The only complaint is that the car arrived in terribly dirty/dusty condition (unavoidable on the road I guess), but a trip to the local car wash fixed that.
I would use this service and this driver again without hesitation.
