Brian from ShipADirect.com was prompt, knowledgeable and courteous. So were the truck driver Jose and Dispatcher from the trucking company - Ochoa transport. I chose to drop off the car rather than have it picked up as that way I could keep it for 2 more days. They did a good job and I was pleasant surprised to receive the car back in less than 3 days, as they had promised.

Areas of improvement: Provide better direction to the drop off location, as I lost my way, but my old GPS was partly responsible as it was unaware of the new construction. I am glad that I didn't go by the dispatcher's advice to drop off the car on my way to the airport for the flight to destination. It took longer than 15 minutes. Secondly, improve this web site for providing feedback as it kept giving issues with not providing a submit and only a preview button.

Overall: Both companies did a good job and I will use them again should the need arise.
