Amanda was very helpful in getting me a carrier very soon. My car was scheduled to be picked up on exactly the same day that I had requested. My phone calls were answered promptly and the service provided was as promised. The carrier truck could not get to my exact location for pick-up and we had to meet the driver at a mall parking lot nearby. I watched the car being loaded - the driver was very professional. The carrier company shared the driver's information(phone number and name). At the drop off point, the driver informed us 1 day in advance of the time he would come and drop the vehicle off. All in all, it was a good experience. This being my first experience I cannot compare this to other companies.

Thanks for your informative review! You bring up a good point about delivery: if a truck can't reach your address to load/unload safely (because of a steep hill, road weight restriction, low hanging trees, low bridge, etc) the driver may ask to meet nearby on a safer street or a wide parking lot.
