Shipped our 2003 Camry from CA to OK. Broker had excellent, constant communication; Rodney was the agent we dealt with. He was very helpful and knowledgeable. The carrier was late picking up the vehicle, but early delivering it. Upon delivery, we discovered two large dents in the roof; we had to replace the roof entirely. The claim process has been full of snags and has unnecessarily stressful. We will not be transporting another vehicle this way ever again. The agent was great and very thorough, but unfortunately the carrier and their insurance has made this experience plain awful.
