Safe-Direct staff were knowledgable about their business, honest, and kept me informed. Their website was informative as well. I was always able to reach my contact person with questions. I was worried about the transport company hired, but Safe Direct assured me they had confidence in the company. Car arrived safe and sound with no damage and nothing missing.
