Being in law enforcement, I have had the unfortunate opportunity to deal with numerous irreputable car transporters. So when it came time for me to find a car carrier to move my own vehicle from Illinois to Florida, I wanted to be confident I was not going to be victimized. I searched the internet which led me to Safe-Direct Car Shipping. The reviews seemed very positive. I requested a quote and received immediate communication providing videos and answers to any questions I may have had. Feeling confident this company would work for me, I confirmed the quote. David, from Safe-Direct Car Shipping, was in constant contact with me either via phone or email from the time of pickup of my car to the time of delivery. The actual shipping company, SDM Transport Inc., also communicated with me prior to pickup and delivery. I could not have been more pleased with the overall process. My car was shipped without any complications. Should I ever need to use a car transport service again, I will definitely use Safe-Direct Car Shipping and will recommend them to my friends and family.
