Full of promises, failed service

I contacted them because of the 5 star reviews they had on this site. I cancelled with another company because of poor reviews and Amanda gave me a quote and promised me that it will be done. Moving is stressful enough and I thought it would be okay. Before I knew it the prices were going up in order to supposedly get "interest" in someone shipping it. I kept being reassured that it would happen and not to worry. I was supposed to get a call back on the day the movers came and never did. Long and short of it....they never got anyone, apparently wanted to raise the stakes on getting someone once again but never did. I got my last email from them again today....and we are already moved and had to pay an arm and a leg to get the moving company to carry our vehicle. I think the least they should do is pay the difference in the shipping. It was a very disappointing experience and I could never in good consciousness....recommend them after this experience.

So sorry we couldn't confirm a carrier for you with our first recommendation. There aren't set prices for larger vehicles, nor for all routes. Quotes are based on past experiences and always dependent on a willing carrier. Sometimes despite our best intent, we have to recommend a price adjustment or a city change if there isn't a carrier to accept your offer in your preferred time frame. We offer suggestions when a vehicle isn't confirmed quickly, but it does sometimes require customer flexibility to successfully troubleshoot the order.
