Company was generally very good at short, concise emails - not overly persistent yet timely and pertinent.

One email which was not sent however was one to verify a 10% increase in quoted rate (after I requested all communications in email). Phone call was made instead to a designate, who was rushed to accept the higher price. This did not sit well.

Thanks for the feedback. When an available carrier calls us with a counter-offer, we get in touch ASAP to see if you want to take it or pass. Waiting for emails would take too long and we might miss a great opportunity.
