Safe Direct Great - Driver Not So Much

Safe Direct went over and beyond my expectations and their promises. Jason had to work extra hard to find a driver because the pick up location was a little remote. All good there. However, the driver picked up the car on a Friday and then went home for a couple of days with my vehicle loaded. Then he let us know that he couldn't drop off the vehicle as expected because he realized he had a warrant out for his arrest in our county. Thus, he had to get that cleared up first - with our car still loaded on his truck! He finally made the delivery on Tuesday - so a five hour trip turned into four days. I would use Safe Direct again without question, though. It's just bad luck we got such a flaky driver.

Pat, so glad that you were happy with Jason and so sorry for your experience with this driver. {{heavy sigh}} Truck drivers - can't live with 'em, can't live without 'em. At least he was honest, though, points for that. Crazy.
