Our experience with Safe-direct Car Shipping was overall much much better than previous experiences with other companies. We got burnt once, so we did our research. The representative, Tim, was very nice since the start. This doesn't mean much though, because every company has a nice representative at the beginning. What meant a lot to us at the end was the fact that Tim remained responsive and sincere, yes, even after we paid the deposit. During the actual shipping, the trucking company ran into some issues, which delayed our car, but they did call to let us know, so that didn't turn out to be so bad. Also, that was the mover, not Safe-Direct. Overall, this company worked out for us. The price is bit higher than some other companies but don't fall for the low-price ones, as they're low-ballers. I personally plan to use Safe Direct again.

Thank Sophia. We've heard the Jeckyll & Hyde stories too. But that's not Tim, he's super nice from the get go and actually becomes even nicer after you pay the deposit. It's weird. ;)
