After researching several different auto transport companies I elected to go with Safe-Direct Car Shipping because of the estimated cost and more importantly, because of the outstanding customer service Tim provided. He always communicated promptly and exhibited rare patience with this nervous nelly. The driver arrived on time and delivered the car within 2 days exactly on time. He was very professional and his rig was immaculate. I couldn't be more pleased and would definitely recommend Safe-Direct Car Shipping to anyone.

Thank you for your kind feedback. We agree, Tim must have ice water in his veins because he is able to stay cool under the most stressful situations. I am constantly impressed. (and he's always SO nice)
