Overall, I was extremely satisfied with the customer service provided to me by Tim from Safe Direct Car Shipping.

I was provided with all the information i needed to familiarize myself with the service. I received regular updates on the status and of any potential delays.

The only issue i encountered was when a same day carrier was identified and called me prior to my receiving the information from Safe Direct. I was quite disturbed by that since i didn't want to just hand off my car keys to anybody. I'm sure this is just one off experience and was mostly due to the Driver who was completely unprofessional. However, Tim was able to quickly put my mind at ease, we cancelled the transport and I expressed my desire to have at least 1 day prior notification of a pick up... so if this is important to you don't forget to mention it at the beginning.

A few days later they were able to identify Eagle Auto Transport as my carrier. I was notified ahead of time and a week later i received my car :)
