Timely and safe delivery of car is well appreciated.

I haven't paid a penny until I got carrier's name, phone number and estimated pickup date.

Also given me the chance to research the carrier and even turn it down, if I choose. (Although that's rare).

Additionally, easy to use videos on the website answered most of the common questions I had

There was no pressure on me to place an order.

Tim was great at explaining the 'nuts and bolts' of this industry.
