I was very happy from the moment I first contacted Safe-Direct Car Shipping. I tried moving my vehicle once before; I got all kinds of calls, e-mails, text messages for weeks, it was confusing and I ended up driving my car. This time I said I wasn't going to drive it and I liked the BBB rating. Tom was very helpful, kept me informed and it was very smooth.
I also liked the driver; they were very professional; my car arrived with no damage at all. Anthony described very well what I could load on my car. My only issue was that when I tried to contact them the day of the delivery, I was unable to do it. I was flying in that day; my son was going to receive the car. When I was finally able to get someone on the phone, they told me a time that was way off. I think if I would have been able to contact the driver, it would have been OK, but I kept getting a message that the number was a Magic Jack number.
I would have been OK with the wait; my son took time off from work because they told us it would be an earlier delivery. I would still use Safe-Direct Car Shipping again; I would ask the driver if I can get in touch with him the day of the delivery.
