This was my first experience utilizing a transportation service like this. My parents experienced a medical emergency while on a 2-week driving vacation in Florida. It became necessary to get my parents minivan transported back to PA. Initially, I found the process to be slightly overwhelming just due to the shear volume of available agencies. I received an on-line quote within a day from Tom at Safe-Direct. When I called him as a followup, he was very helpful in explaining the process and guiding me through the idea of using a broker (Safe-Direct) to set this up. I read many glowing reviews on Safe-Direct which eased my initial concerns about using a broker. I commited to Safe-Direct on Thursday late afternoon and received a phone call the next day from Tom saying the car would be picked up on Saturday. Additionally, I received all of the contact info for the actual carrier driver. Each time I called the driver's cell, he was able to talk to me and let me know when to expect the vehicle. I'm happy to say that the van was delivered right to my parents' house on Wednesday which is exactly what I was told to expect. Tom followed up and was very responsive to any concerns/questions I had throughout this process. I hope to not have to go through this process again, but if so, I would definitely use Safe-Direct. I highly recommend them.
