• Safe-Direct was wonderful to work with. Jason, my account manager, was helpful and knowledgeable. I felt comfortable booking with Safe-Direct because there were no up-front fees; you don’t pay the brokers fee until a driver commits to the transport. Jason was prompt, friendly and I couldn’t be more happy with his service. The contracted driver, however, did NOT deliver my car to my door. I had to take a cab several miles away and meet him at a dealership. That is NOT what I was sold. The driver was rude, and demanded cash, when I was told I could pay with cash or money order. When I communicated this with Safe-Direct they assured me they would remove him from their list of drivers. So, Safe-Direct was amazing! Just be sure to confirm with your account manager that the driver that is transporting your car has a good reputation with their company. I would use Safe-Direct again for sure!
