Videos at Safe-Direct's website were very helpful. Chris was my agent at Safe-Direct and fully answered all additional questions I had. A carrier was assigned the day after I placed the order and the car was picked up one week later. The carrier, Suburban Transport, picked-up the car at the dealership in California and delivered to my home in Michigan only 5 days later. Both pick-up and delivery were on time and I was notified of both the day before. The dispatcher, Mike, and the driver, Jon, were both available to answer any questions and let me know the progress of the move. Price of the transport seemed reasonable at $825. Would use both again!
