Great shipping and customer service

I initially chose Safe-Direct shipping because of their great reviews and their A-graded accreditation with the Better Business Bureau. Safe-Direct's representative Chris provided great customer service and was very prompt and professional with any and all communication (e-mail and phone). The car carrier they selected was very professional and provided excellent phone communication during pickup and delivery The carrier's pickup was on time, but delivery was slightly delayed by a few hours. The delivery delay was understandable and out of the carrier's control - the customer immediately prior to my delivery was late in meeting the carrier - but the carrier was very professional and sincerely apologetic when communicating the delay, so I didn't have to waste time waiting at the delivery location. The delivery was within the estimated time frame given (7-10 days) so despite that brief delay, the car arrived "on time." I would definitely recommend and consider Safe-Direct's services if I need my car shipped again in the future.
