Communication was prompt and the cost was reasonable. I did a lot of research and Tom was the best company I found via reviews and BBB rating. He wasn't pushy and didn't try to convince me that the other guys weren't reputable. He simply offered his business and was very helpful with any and all questions I had. The other companies I dealt with were not professional and were somewhat bullying in their tactics to obtain customers.

The only discrepancy was I was told the car would arrive between 12-2p and it didn't show up until 7p that same day. A minor inconvenience considering the driver had to wait for the previous customer to pick up their vehicle which then made him late getting to me. So technically not their fault.

I was happy with the overall experience and would definitely recommend them to friends.
