Overall experience was good. I would recommend Safe Direct. In the future any changes made I would request in writing,so as there is no confusion as to what the changes are. Was not a big deal, just had a lot going on at the time, and the change made was confusing, had it been in writing there would not have been any confusion.
This was an open carrier transport, we knew the vehicle would be open to road grime, but did not expect it to arrive as dirty as it did. Besides filling up the tank, a car wash was necessary!
The carrier did not want to drive down the road due to overhanging trees that might scratch the other cars on the rig, so he unloaded vehicle and drove our vehicle to the agreed delivery address. He explained the vehicle would not start, so he had to put $5 worth of gas in? We did note there were an additional 40 miles on the odometer, which we reported to Chris, at SafeDirect.
