                        I'm sorry you were unhappy with the service. Your order was for cross-country transport over New Years and unfortunately there is very little availability for drivers at that time. Since most drivers prefer to celebrate that holiday, the few who will take a job can earn a premium price. We would have preferred to confirm your transport immediately and for the non-holiday rate, but that wasn't available for your move.
