This was my first ever experience researching having a car shipped, however" Chris" at Safe- Direct Shipping made the experience painless. The price $1,225.00 was average among other carriers and there were cheaper prices but I choose "Chris" with Safe-Direct.

After I made the first arrangments, I changed the pick-up date from one week, to having the car picked up the next day, after a phone call to Chris. Chris indicated he would submit the change order and the next day I received a phone call from Shakh Express LLC, the car transporter. We made arrangments for the pick-up next day, but Shakh contacted me later and advised they would be picking the car up earlier than expected.

Dealing with the drivers of the transporter was great. He checked out my vehicle very thoroughly and found little dings and scratches that I didn't know were on the car. He told me he would probably deliver the car Tuesday night after 7pm. I received a call Monday afternoon from Shakh and they would be delivering the car later in the evening after 9pm, a day early.

Shakh delivered my daughter's car as promised at 9:30pm in San Diego.

My daughter called and said she has the car and there were no problems with the car or the drivers. She paid them the remaining balance with a money order.

Chris, Safe-Direct Shipping and Shakh Express LLC were professionals from the beginning of the process to the delivery. I would use them again and they have my endorsement. Safe-Direct will rebate me, however the rebate is not enough for me to say what I have said or sign my name to this document.

Just for the record, other compainies offered me discounted rates or rebates, if I would sign with them.
