Being the first time shipping my car across the country and after reading about a lot of negative reviews regarding car shipment process, I decided to go with Safe-Direct. Tim, the contact person was very cooperative from the beginning, giving me accurate and complete information regarding the entire process of car shipment. He responded to my emails even during weekends, helping me find a carrier to ship my car. Tim made sure that I received timely information. If you search for reviews regarding Safe-direct on Yelp as well, you will only find good reviews. I also had a few things in my car which were intact. There was absolutely no damage to the car. I will definitely recommend Safe-Direct to everyone looking for a safe shipment of their car.
