I was apprehensive about a long haul open carrier transport of a newly purchased car - once I decided on Safe Direct, I felt more comfortable.
Overall experience was excellent - Chris from Safe Direct was prompt, courteous and professional.
Dealing with dispatch was also pleasant and efficient. Driver of the truck was polite and helpful.
Would definitely use again and recommend.
