I would give Safe-Direct Car shipping 5 stars because my contact person (Chris) was very nice, helpful and quick to answers my questions. Motion Auto was the company that actually transported my car and I would give that company a 2 star (only because my car actually did arrive) but very poor customer service. Motion auto assured me my car wouldn't arrive early (before I even got to New York) and it did! 2 days early! Imagine the panic as I wasn't even there to pick up my car. It did arrive safely and cleanly, but the early delivery was quite the headache. Of course, Safe-Direct Car shipping isn't responsible for Motion Auto's error, however they did broker out my car to that company, so I wished Motion Auto was a little more honest. I had friends who got their car shipped for $800 so $200 less than me, but I found the service fine overall. I would probably use it again. If $1,000 is your price range for coast to coast, you can use this company. I was happiest with Chris's customer service.
