The service was excellent. The broker (Jason) was available and informative. The pickup driver was professional and competent. The cross country driver was excellent. I watched him drive the auto from the top level to the street which was sort of awesome. There were no damages and a quick car wash removed the dirt accumulated during the trip. I will definitely used this company again on my return trip in the spring.
One suggestion: if you have a weekend pickup be sure to make contacts on Friday, as there aren't always staff immediately available on the weekends.
