I worked with Tom and he was very responsive and excellent to work with. The transport company that was contracted with (Bridgeport Transportation) was not good at communication. They did not contact us to let us know what time the pick up would be and didn't return my call. Tom was able to get them to call the pickup contact with a time frame. They called 3 hours later and postponed pick up until the next morning. I was never given a definite drop off date, just "by 10/04.". I called for an update on 10/1 and left messages, got disconnected, and finally got a response after sending an email that my car would be delivered the next morning. I was pleased that it was so close and glad that I had the money and availability to be home for delivery. Had I not contacted them I think the driver would have just shown up without any notice. Overall though I am quite please that my car was transported coast to coast at a reasonable price in 7 days.

I would give Tom 5 Stars... Marked down for lack of status updates and communication from the actual shippers.
